What You'll Do

Lead an assigned Holiday Standard field operation

Coordinate approximately 6–10 Delivery Providers

Manage assigned tree inventory

Coordinate staging locations and vehicle handoffs

Check Delivery Providers in and distribute correct orders

Communicate with building staff when necessary

Monitor delivery progress throughout the day

Help resolve operational exceptions

Reconcile remaining inventory at the end of the shift

Stay in close communication with Holiday Standard Operations Management
Compensation
Current planning range: $24–$27/hour
Typical peak seasonal shifts may be approximately 6–8 hours.
Scheduling and available hours depend on customer demand and operational needs.
